Objectives
The main objectives were -
- To attract people to the relevant services available
- To act as a sales tool converting people viewing the site to place an order or put forward an enquiry
- Finding a suitable online advertising method
- An order form when viewers decided to use the service
Solution
A site was created that displayed the services offered and made it easy to order that service.
Other site features include -
- A Google Adwords campaign (online advertising) was implemented
- Landing pages were crafted so people coming from Google Adwords could see all the services related to the service category
- The contact forms and order forms were designed to be easy to use and accessible from every page
The site was tested for usability by asking various people to follow through and test how logical it was to use. After various tests a final model was completed and the site went live based on that model
